It can be sumed up with one word: patience. I was clearly messing up my understanding of terms and processes multiple times. She had to explain those things mutiple times. For all I know she thought I was super annoying. But she was patient. And I appreciate that to no end. In addition, the rest of the her team were fantastic too. Working with Tammi and her team was a breeze! This is my second refi on my house and I noticed a night and day difference in the ease of the whole process. The website for uploading documents is practically automated - no more running around making copies, scans and emailing them. The website does it all for you. Signing is all electronic until the actual closing and when that happened the notary came to my house. I did not even have to go to a lawyer's office to close. Please, if you are considering a lending agent for refi or otherwise, consult with Tammi. You will not be disappointed!

Tammi was a pleasure to work with from the start. She walked us thru the process and provided us with the aids that made the process easier. She explained how her assistant would help us get our initial back-up documentation together and provided us with all the contact information we would need. We did what she asked us to get done and the process continued as she mapped it out. When we had a question we got a timely complete answer. We didn't send or ask questions by the 8am to 5 pm schedule and neither did Tammi when it came to replies. We couldn't of asked for a better working relationship.
